Sarla, Pragya's mother, prepares for Pragya’s wedding. She welcomes Tarun, Pragya's groom, and his family. Further, Pushpa, Tarun's mother, learns that Bulbul and Pragya are sisters. She asks Sarla to give away Kumkum Bhagya, her wedding hall, as dowry to compensate for Pragya's average looks. Sarla agrees to Pushpa's condition.
